Property Assurance reads public licence, company and insurance registers and reports what they say. We are independent: not a government body, not a regulator, not an insurer, and not a credit provider, and we are not affiliated with any builder or developer.
Register data, as at the timestamps shown
A report describes what a public register held at the moment we read it. Registers change, so every figure is cited to its source and stamped with the date it was retrieved. Always read each line against the timestamp shown beside it, and confirm anything time-sensitive against the source.
