This is the document a Property Assurance check produces, shown here in full. Scroll the sheets in order: the page-one findings summary, the register-evidence sheets behind each outcome, and the contents page. Every statement is a plain fact read from a named public register, with its source and the date it was read.

27 checks across Australian public registers. Human-reviewed. Every fact sourced and dated. Never scored.
The complete sample is the set of sheets above. A downloadable PDF of this sample is not yet published, so the download is off for now.
About this sample
The subject of this sample, Example Constructions Pty Ltd, is fictitious, and its ABN, ACN and licence number are placeholders made entirely of zeros. Nothing on the sheets describes a real business, and the sample outcomes were written to demonstrate the layout, not to portray any particular builder. The word SAMPLE is printed across every sheet for the same reason.
Agency and register names identify the public sources of data only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied or exists. Property Assurance is an independent Australian information service. We are not a government body, an insurer or a credit provider, and a report is information rather than legal or financial advice.
